CRM Manager – Lahore

Working for a leading footwear brand and retailer company, report to the Head of CRM and aid in devising and implementing the marketing campaign and retention strategy.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaigns – including loading, testing and sending.
  • Working with Head of CRM on strategy, promotions and planning.
  • Assist in the appraisal of new data sets and add into CRM system.
  • Update data records held within the CRM system.
  • Setting up campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on CRM data sets as requested.
  • Data validation/cleansing.
  • Builds/design – working with agency.
  • Post campaign reporting.
  • Managing weekly/monthly social media activities.
