Job Responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates and supervises all training initiatives for sales teams.
• 2 Weeks Induction Program for New Joiner
• Participates in key project management teams serving as a representative for sales teams.
• Provides tracking and reporting information for training conducted.
• Provides ad-hoc and remedial training as needed; may be one on one.
• Supervises instructional designer to ensure quality of deliverable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
